Do I need to provide a dieline (the packaging template)?
If you have one from your packaging supplier, send it in your design packet and we'll design directly to it. If not, give us your product dimensions and we'll work from that.
Can you design for a specific printer or material?
Yes — tell us your printer and material (label stock, box type, matte/gloss finish) so the design accounts for how it'll actually look printed.
What if I have multiple product sizes needing the same label design?
Since you own the design outright, you can resize and adapt it to additional product sizes yourself, or come back for a follow-up service at 50% off.
